John Bell is employed by Ogilvy PR; one of the world’s largest PR firms. He heads up the Ogilvy 360 Digital Influence team, which is committed to bringing their clients the best and most innovative Marketing and PR strategies to be found. John Bell is recognized as an expert on social marketing and is an adjunct professor at Hopkins University. In his July 6, 2008 blog entry, he had nothing but praise for Iconduit and HoffSpace:

“This is a great example of a performer taking the bull by the horns and managing their ‘brand.’ I don’t know how much credit to give to David or to the company that discreetly advertises on the site - iconduit - as a media agency for iconic talent, which David definitely qualifies for.”

Iconduit’s Hoffspace Hailed as “. . .a smart move.”

The launch of www.davidhasselhoff.com, Iconduit’s new social networking site devoted to superstar David Hasselhoff and his fans, has attracted considerable attention.  It is one of the first social networking sites dedicated solely to a specific interest group and constructed for that purpose.

“The Hoff has effectively put economists, physicists, his fellow acting community and world-class athletes to shame by hatching this ingenious idea for a forum — a ’social networking’ site — where fans of Himself can congregate to exchange Hoff stories, share varying degrees of Hoff-mania and, under the rubric of a love for all things Hasselhoffian, ‘make the world a better place,’” says Liz Kelly at the Washington Post.

With over ten thousand of users in its first few weeks, the sky is the limit for HoffSpace.
